We received a call from a old lady requesting our help in a terraced flat off the Kings Road. The flat had become a bit of a mess. The lady had for many bought things for many years and could not bear to be parted from them. They held many memories for her. It became too much for her to deal with. In went our team, we boxed up things that were surplus, tidied up and put them away. We also explained to her a system of rotation so that she did not need to have all her favorite things on display, but could rotate them by taking something out and putting something away. Likewise with her pictures. The lady was so happy that she did have to get rid of her favorite things only to not have them all out at once.
