Manor Clearance has been conducting probate valuations services and house clearances for over 30 years. We provide probate services for the:

House Clearance

Manor House Clearance can clear your house. We can clear all or part of your house. Our initial inspection will ascertain if any of your belongings have a resale value and we gladly offset their value against the cost of the clearance.

Flat Clearance

Manor flat clearance can clear your flat. We can clear all or part of your flat. Our initial inspection will ascertain if any of your belongings have a resale value and we gladly offset their value against the cost of the clearance.

Office Clearance

We can provide complete office clearances with an emphasis on recycling and up-cycling old office equipment, furniture, and stationery. We are all responsible for the environment, both as individuals and corporations, in providing a duty of care for future generations.
