Once again our team comes to the rescue. We had a short notice call in Wimbledon Village to clear and prepare a four story house in two days for the new owners. The previous owners had left it last minute to get cleared a house that had gone through Probate. It was a challenge we took up. First was a look and a quick inventory of what was there. It was decided that there were items that could be Auctioned. This pleased the current owners as this was a surprise as they thought the contents had little value. The rest of the contents was split between good causes and only a small amount of items for recycling. We had our cleaning team who went all out to get the house ready for the new owners. The old owners were pleased a few weeks later when the items consigned to auction surpassed their expectations giving them a tidy sum. Job well done!! The customer was happy and the job done on time.
